1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are not in original condition may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
  • Used or altered products

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. After inspection:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or evidence. We will arrange either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund, including shipping charges (if applicable)

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
